Common name: Spade-leaf Anubias
Family : Araceae.
Origin: Tropical West Africa; particularly Nigeria.
Characteristics: Has tough wavy-edged leaves that show very faint veination on the surface. The stem of this variety is also pretty rigid.
Temperature: 20-30 degs C.
ph : 6-8
Planting: Can be planted in the gravel, care must however be taken not to cover up the entire roots.
Lighting: Moderate.
Reproduction: New plants develop off runners from the mother plant, around the base of the mother plant, and also by seeds from flowers produced by mature plants.
Sold as: Rooted.
